Synopsis:

The ex-colonel Pennbroke, formerly the commanding officer of Fort Holman, has been dismissed from the army as he was considered guilty of surrendering without a fight, even though there were valid reasons behind him laying down his arms. Having escaped from the camp where he was interned, he is accused of theft and about to be sentenced to death when an ex-colleague gives him the possibility to redeem his honour. The only problem is that he is assigned ten men to help him, all of which villains.
