Synopsis:

A follow-up to the first shockumentary, in search of singular facts and persons as well as situations and horrors which are the fruit of "human idiocy". Dogs who have been operated on their vocal cords, the inhabitants of an island made sterile by crocodile meat, children deformed so that they raise pity, and herons dying in great quantities due to the pollution of their water.
