Synopsis:

An unusual friendship is formed between an isolated technician in Switzerland whose job it is to oversee the images which arrive via satellite and twelve-year old radio amateur Danny who lives in Maine. When a magnetic storm damages an antenna, Peter appears to see the scene of a murder sent via satellite image. The technician and the boy then set about trying to find the location where the crime took place, the victim and the witness. Once the location has been identified (Washington), as well as the probable witness, Danny sets off in search of the latter, but all is not what is seems as the plot thickens.
