Synopsis:
So as to honour a bet amongst friends, upholsterer Peppe Ricciarelli, Rome football fan, must telephone a TV show and praise the Milan team. This causes a brawl during which Peppe is arrested. In prison he meets the gangster "er Pantera" who before dying reveals how to access the vault of a bank.
