Synopsis:

A day in a private athletic club turns out to be far from boring. Though members participate in normal gym activities, such as weight lifting, swimming, and taking aerobics classes, there are illicit affairs hidden behind practically every closed door! Buff athletic trainers, a seductive actress, a stressed owner, and a very clumsy helper boy combine with the many envious women to create an atmosphere thick with jealousy and sexual tension.
