Synopsis:

Three American secret agents are sent to Rome dressed as women in order to gain possession of the terrible secrets of a Russian biologist which could destroy the world. The three are sure that they will go unnoticed, but their get-up also complicates things with three beautiful Russian spies. Before long, the two bosses of the six spies are put aside by the amorous relationships which are established between the six. However, they do not forget their professional responsibilities and the secrets of the Russian biologist pass from one trio to another until they are stolen by a Chinaman, who manages to lose them, leaving our two trios to live happily ever after.
