Synopsis:

A disillusioned Italian singer emigrates to Germany after his band breaks up. In Hamburg he falls in love and Marries Greta, a young German woman. Two years later their son Paolo is born and Michele’s life revolves around his roles as both husband and father. However, one day he meets Remo, the ex-drummer from his band who is a naive dreamer and a heavy gambler. Remo, in a effort to recover his lost glory, has become involved in dodgy narcotic trafficking. In a moment of panic, Remo unwillingly involves Michele an his family in a sinister game which sparks off a series of murders including that of Greta and Remo himself. This turns Michele’s once peaceful existence into a nightmare. Now Michele must protect Paolo who has witnessed Remo’s murder. He is forced to flee across Germany toward Italy followed not only by the gang of Mafia killers who want to kill the dangerous witness but also by the German police who are trying to help him. Michele is not prepared to trust anyone and he decides to fight alone in order to save his son’s life.
