Synopsis:

Bo Derek plays Helen Algood, a former fashion model who is having a steamy affair with her husband's brother David (John Savage). Together they plot to kidnap her husband Ben (David McCallum) and escape with the ransom money. Agreeing on a plan, Helen and David put it into effect.
Helen reports her husband's "disappearance" to the police and FBI agent Brian Dillon (Jack Scalia) is assigned to the case.
Soon, Helen receives a phone call demending $10,000,000...
