Synopsis:

Paolo De Angelis, a simple hospital porter, is sacked due to his pretence of adopting the conduct and carrying out the activities of the doctors. His ambition of managing to perform this profession, without qualifications, drives him to seek new ways of gaining access to such circles. Eventually he is successful, but his ambitions do not stop there and he shows himself ready to do anything to achieve his aim.
